EncorePro Users - How do you manage your data?

What have you found is an efficient way to manage your EncorePro data? Interested in long term maintenace tips you use to have access to all your data without losing anything...How have you named your files/"patients", how often do you export your data to an XML file, how often do you remove the daily download entries from the patient interaction list, how often do you erase the data on your card, etc.

Do a search here, or just move down some posts, and look for MyEncore. Derek, a software genius on this board, has developed just what you may be looking for.

I'm already using MyEncore with EncorePro. Have no problem using the data but there are efficient ways to manage data (when to save/export, delete, rename, etc.). Rather than direct P.M. this to Derek (and others) thought this would be a good general subject to get all ideas and tips out there for all to see.
