I posted this under "PhotoBucket images" but was advised (thanks) to post it under a different title so that I might get more hits.
These are results from a 5 night in home auto pap trial I had in November of 2007. Ignore the dated on the images. Something is wrong there.
Can anyone help me understand what these numbers mean? Good? Bad?
Thanks

I never bother to look at the first 3 pages (like that page 1 and 2) from an Encore Pro report. I prefer looking at the pages starting with page 4 -- the pages with the Daily Details graphs from each individual night.
If you can post screenshots of pages 4, 5, 6, etc. to Photobucket and post a link to the Photobucket site that you put them up on, more people would probably respond about your autopap trial data.
The 5 day average of 90 % pressure (in your data that pressure is 11) means that 90% of the time the autopap used that pressure (11) AND pressures BELOW that pressure, to prevent or deal with events (apneas and hypopneas.)
Still, instead of seeing that "average" over the 5 day period, I'd prefer to look at the Daily Details from each of the 5 nights separately. I'm not fond of summary "averages." I like looking at the details for several nights in a row. Particularly to see the leak rate line on the graphs for each night.
Even though the summary report page you posted said you spent no time in "Large Leak" there could have been a lot of massive leaks going on that could drive the pressure up and up even if the big leaks never reached "LL" category. Better to examine the leak rate for each night separately.
Did you do the download yourself, or did a DME download it and then give you a copy of the report? If the DME gave you a copy, are these two pages all that you were given? If these are the only two pages you received, I'd go back to the DME and ask for a copy of the "Full Details" Encore Pro report -- not just the "Summary" report from your autopap trial.
There's much, much more detailed data to be seen in Encore Pro reports, but you have to click "Full Details" when the program asks what kind of report you want to see.
