Bi Flex is EPR right? DO you really need epr when the exhale pressure is set to a lower pressure?

Shouldnt matter since your waearing a FF mask - treatment should be the same in fact it may be better - if you have sinus issues your mouth may be more effective inport for pressure. Whatever way you can get the air in comfortably is all that matters.

Im a Nasal Air II lover myself it never leaked and after I got use to it I was able to roll any which way and never even feel it on my face anymore its soft tubing just became one with my face ...I couldnt even tell it was there pillows leaked on me since I sleep on my side and/or stomach.
