You can remove the cap end from the power supply. It simply pulls off. I would presume that the humidifier doesn't come with it's own power supply. You probably use the one that came with the CPAP, sans the current humidiifer adapter cap 110v connector.

Yeah... that will work just fine till you replace it with the a new M-series and it's TRUSTY humidifier.
