I want to thank everyone who responded to my question about congestion. Your input was very helpful and much appreciated. My doctor is ordering a heated humidifier for me. She also prescribed some Flonase and Zyrtec D. I have found that the Flonase just increases the dryness. I am using a saline nasal spray and found that it works better and it is certainly less expensive. Between that and a bit of pseudoephedrine I am managing for now. A day at a time!
