Re: Apria rental / purchase / maintenance

Still unresolved. Earlier in the year, I tried to resolve it. I called into Apria, explained the situation and hoped they'd say OK, or maybe ... you owe us $100 and be done with it. I got transferred around to 4 or 5 different people, explaining the situation every time - nobody knew what to do. I e...

Re: UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20

Well, I give up. I guess I'm spoiled in that my Nasal Comforgel setup just works too well. I'm stuck with mouth taping forever I guess.

I've listed my FullLife fitpack over at the Cpap auction site if anybody wants to give it a try at a reduced price.

Re: UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20

Well, I got my FullLife yesterday. I spent about an hour fiddling with it before bed. I finally determined that like my Quattro, I need a small cushion. I fiddled and fiddled with the straps... holy cow there's a lot of adjustability. I finally got everything where it wouldn't leak at 13. My auto st...

Re: UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20

Well, I hope it works for me. My insurance covered most of it, so it will be an easier pill to swallow if it doesn't work.

If I have no luck, I'm guessing someone will get a good deal on it on the auction site.

Re: NEW UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20

I called Apria today and they confirmed that the Fullife mask is available. in fact, it was added on 8/12. So much for them following up with me when it was available in their system.

It's now on order. Stay tuned.

Re: NEW UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20

So has Apria added it to their "system" so it can be ordered yet?

Re: NEW UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20

Actually, I do have several options. (Apria, Lincare, plus several smaller shops) I've found they're all just as worthless. I would love it if Aetna would pay me back for a CPAP.com order. I tried filing for my Devilbiss Intellipap AUTO I bought out of pocket. The mountain of paperwork they wanted j...

I'm sorry you're so confused. I'll speak slower.

Government can't fix the apathy and stupidity of Apria employees.

Re: NEW UPDATE: Respironics FullLife Mask - Release on July 20

I got my GP doc to write me an Rx for this mask (Fit pack with all sizes included) and fax it over to Apria. (Oh boy) The Apria rep called me today and said since I got a new nasal mask a few months ago that my insurance wouldn't pay for this one. I asked her when she had talked to my insurance... t...

Apria Strikes again

After not getting anything from Apria for a while (it's cheaper to just buy online), I decided to get a new mask through them since I had met my yearly insurance deductible. I called them up and told them I just needed the gel interface for my Comfortgel... it should save some money... it's all I ne...

Re: About to buy cpap with data, which one would you pick?

I really like my new Devilbiss Intellipap Auto with data.

It's quiet.... the software is super easy to use, and it's small.

Apria rental / purchase / maintenance

So I got a Respironics M Series Pro about 18 months ago from Apria. (I have Aetna insurance) I made monthly rental payments on it for about 12 months. After that, the bills stopped and I didn't get one for 6 months. From what I thought I had heard, that meant it was now mine. I've since bought a bet...

Devibliss Intellipap CPAP review

So I bought an Intellipap machine on CPAP auction the other day. I was looking for a no-frills machine to use when I travel or when I need to sleep in the other room. I was pleasantly surprised. This straight CPAP machine is really nice, cheap, and QUIET. Did I mention it's QUIET? I've taken to usin...
