Mine came with a hose. When I switched to the "Classic" I did not return the hose that had come with the "M". I asked if he wanted me to bring it in and he said "no need". He also asked if I wanted the hose that came with the classic. I said yes so I got it also. But since I have the "aussie heated tube" that I love, I hope to not need the regular hose. But if I could have it I saw no reason not to get it for an extra in case of an accident ---Or for a friend. So far of all the machines I have used - each "set up" came with a hose. But when my kitten babies made a hole in one and I bought a replacement at American Home Patient -- I had to pay $59 for it. They said my insurance did not cover it.

I received a hose with mine, but it was listed separately on the receipt from the DME. The filters were not billed separately, so I assume they came "with " the cpap.

(Won't let me log in?!?)

I purchased mine through this site and it came with a hose, and I think two grey filters and two white fine filters.

When I received my Plus from the DME (previous insurance) I did see that they charged the insurance for the hose - and charged for a chin strap thatI did not receive!

From the picture in the manual, it really didn't look like a 6 foot hose, but that is what Cpap.com says it is.

RT at DME #2 used to work at DME #1. I think that might explain some things. One of the benefits of living in a small place......people talk.

Thought of something else

The first new vehicle i ever purchased at the tender age of 18 was a 1970 Ford Courier p/up truck cost me $2222.00 out the door, tax, license and all which i payed for in cash my have times changed. My cpap rig cost more than that

Dale-

The ultra-fine (white) filters are usually included and are good if you have allergies. I got those.

Ouch!! at your share of the bill. Our deductibles are paid for this year, and so I am trying to get everything settled before the new Fiscal Year begins.

Yep....I understand what you are saying about prices changing. It is amazing isn't it?

Check all of the pockets in the black carrying case. My hose was in an outside pocket. When I switched out my rental apap I asked if I should keep the old hose and let them have the new one. I was told by the DME that the hose comes with the machine. I now have two hoses.

Guest-

Thanks for the suggestion, but the bag was checked. From the responses, I would say that those of us that didn't get a hose, got hosed.
