Log In/Registration Problem

I have been online as a guest with the user name Rolyn and would like to continue with this user name, but need help with the registration process. I have never participated and have no idea how to answer the questions required for registration. I am totally in the dark with the language. Are there instructions for the uninitiated user?

Please help.
