media mistake and who smokes cigarettes?

Post by airhead » Thu Dec 02, 2004 12:23 am

The news ran a story about a new catscan that no insurance co. will pay for. It detects lung cancer in smokers at an early enough time ,that the cancer is curable 90% of the time. Not a word about the dangers of smoking....All the news channels ran this story the same way....Big business in action I think....Phillip morris perhaps....oh im an ex smoker.
feeling stronger everyday...."Chicago"

Smoking with regard to OSA can cause additional obstructions to an already challenged airway. Cigarette smoking causes; swelling of the mucous membrane in the nose; swelling of the tissue in the throat as well as blockage of the small vessels in the lungs.
It's difficult to quit but much easier for the lungs to function properly AND to except pap therpy.
