Thanks for the feedback. I don't think I can get it any further up on my face...I think the main problem is there isn't enough room between my nose and my lip and too much 'gear' trying to fit into that small space. Even if I got a smaller size I think the problem would then be it would be too small...

I have had 9 operations on my ears and I have alot of scar tissue. During my titration study and during my mask fitting the pressure in my ears from the nasal only masks was painful...so I have a full face mask. I think all that air blowing directly into my nose was too much. However, I did just get...

ResMed Auto question
Hi all, I have a Respironics but my best friend's mom just got a ResMed Auto Vantage (?) and said that the card is kept OUT of the machine until she needs it. Is that the case? It seemed weird since my smart card needs to be IN the machine to gather data. Any help/instructions for her would be much ...

And Jen, make sure that when you open EP you click on Preferences, top right...and check the correct box (USB, COM1, etc) for where the card reader is. And also that you want to be prompted to save your info after download, it's on the same screen. Good luck! I had no problems initially but am havin...

Your little ones are adorable!!!! My younger son is 22 months also! It's hard isn't it...to have OSA and little kids...I'm a much better, calmer, more patient mom in just the few short weeks since I've been on CPAP! It's been such a blessing to be feeling better! I'm having trouble with my ff mask a...

"Waking with mild to moderate dry eye. Not sure where it's from as I'm unable to ID any leaks in that area. Suspect it's blow-back from the vents - possibly hitting the pillow and diverting back at me as I'm a side sleeper. " Me too!! I thought I was leaking at first but finally realized no...I thin...

Welcome Jill! I've been on CPAP almost a month now. It took 2 solid weeks to even start to be comfortable...and the last 2 weeks have been up & down. But I DO feel a definite difference!! Just keep plugging away...soon you hopefully won't even notice the machine/mask and will just sleep. Good luck!!...

Oh my! It saddens me that some of your families are SO unsupportive!! No doubt that most spouses/parents/children get frustrated with us OSA patients, especially before we've been diagnosed and have CPAP therapy helping...that's normal I think. But to be so mean it's totally uncalled for! Christy, i...

Aaaacccckkk!!!! I'm having the same problem now! No problem when I first installed it and have done 2 downloads. Just went to do my third and it says card reader is not detected. But it IS there, listed in the 'safely remove hardware'. I tried deleting the driver and reinstalling it (the EP one) and...
