Just wondering medications would help a person sleep all night without feeling groggy in the morning.
I go see a sleep specialist on Monday. I'm still only averaging 6 hours and waking up. Been on since January, I think I should be able to sleep all night. I did at one time, would love to get back to that kind of sleep.
Any suggestions?

Lunesta
http://www.lunesta.com You should first try 1 mg of Melatonin each night for
a week, unless you have any mental illness (then only try it for one
night with someone around to help you in case). Some folks with BiPolar
can get suicidal tendencies from Melatonin.

Re: Sleep Medications
Used the new Lunesta once, felt somewhat groggy in the morning, 7 hrs of sleep. Ambien am very groggy and forgetful. Melatonin caused higher heart rate, and numbers # to prove it, so if I need it, I'll use the new Lunesta. Their literature says non addictive, but I think all these sleep aides are a big crutch. I've weaned myself off them, as I've gotten used to sleeping with the swifty beast strapped to my nose.
