Oh Babs, when I saw those two caps... winter and summer I thought well, you could swim in them if they don't keep your mouth shut! I thought of you the other night when I woke up after apparently taking off my mask and hanging it neatly next to the bed. I woke up 4 hours later with the machine off a...

I am one of those jerks who take Ambien and am happy to share my experience. I am an RN by the way. I do not take any medications I can do without. I have had severe insomnia all my life. Once, I was unable to fall asleep for 5 days. Many times I have stayed awake all night because I couldn't fall a...

er... did your mom look in your nose? I thought you never listen to your mom... I don't think I want my mom looking up my nose. fI am not real sure what the symptoms of nasal thrush would be but my guess is that it would be sufficiently obnoxious that you would be asking different questions than "wh...

omg... I made a huge mistake in my price listing... the charge for the Optilife Mask was $155 and I was charged the full price... $155. I put the wrong figure in there on that one. My charges were $155 for the mask which included the headgear, had an additional charge of "CPAP Headgear included in b...

It just dawned on me that you wear a mask that goes inside your nose. Are the white spots where the prongs hit? If your tissues are white, it could mean they are getting too much pressure from the prongs. The white might be evidence that the blood supply was cut off in those spots. It doesn't sound ...

Babs... do you use a nasal steroid? Have you recently been on antibiotics? Sometimes those can cause an imbalance in your immune system and allow yeast to grow unchecked. Do you have postnasal drip? A foul taste in your mouth or notice a bad smell in your nose? Are the white spots wet or dry? Do you...

I am laughing at the visual of me wearing a head scarf, mouth tape, eye mask and an over the head CL2 mask... all I need now is the Victoria Secret backpack deal. Wonder if I should wear socks? nah... might be too much. lol my poor daughter is going on a 2 week trip with me soon and omg... she has n...

To Packer, I hope someone who also has a size large head will weigh in their experience with the CL2 for you. I don't think I have a large head becuase this headgear tends to sit low on my forehead. You can adjust lots of things with this mask. There are two velcro straps to adjust the head gear. Th...

Reveiw of the Respironics ComfortLite 2 mask
I feel like it is safe to give a progress report on this mask. I’ve had problems with all the masks I’ve tried so far. They work great the first night but then immediately start having problems by the second or third nights. There are some masks I can tolerate wearing all night but my sleep is not g...
