I’ll settle the debate on AHI for UARS folks

The reason why UARS folks feel worse with with an AHI of 1 or under on CPAP is because they’re in lighter sleep. With a higher AHI, they feel better and that’s because they’re getting deeper sleep.

Hey, it was a great funeral!

I rarely ever hit the old neighborhood these days, though, now that my primary residence is upstate in the Tuxedo Park area.
