Have you talked to your doctor about what happened? Not everything's about apnea even if it's sleep related.

I think we need a bit more info to go with what you sent... like your age, some med history (as relevant as possible to results), what meds you might be taking, plus reasons you felt the need to include the pix and narrative with your results. I mean, really?

In fact, 5 is quite low for the min. pressure - is there a reason it was set there or was it just 'done'?
I would think e.g. 6, 7 or even 8 depending on things otherwise might be more effective.

Lots of us have "slight murmurs" that are nothing to worry about in themselves without other accompanying problems that may or may not matter either.

I don't think it's top secret from you as much as it's just not (yet) clear and possibly needs to be explained (again?) for you to get what's what - I find that being anxious about not understanding it all makes it harder to 'get' and possibly having someone knowledgable about it all to go over it w...

You need to see your MD - the increase in gasping might not be Cpap related and you should find out what's going on.
