Did anyone move from the 560 to the DS1 and notice ANY differences with how it was used and how you felt in the mornings ? I used my new DS1 for the first time that replaced my 560 and I feel a bit dizzy today and heavy on the chest when breathing, however this could be coincidence and unrelated as ...

How did you manage to get a replacement while still having the replaced ? I got my replacement today but I had to put my old one in the box with the courier.

I saw a Philips S/T C Auto-BiPAP being sold for a very decent price. Right now I use the 560p APAP one. Is a BiPAP a bonus to have as a back-up machine or would it be completely different ? I take it you can't just change it to standard APAP ? What are the advantages and disadvantages ?
