HERE you can find the Oscar screenshots with my stats and settings: https://www.reddit.com/r/CPAP/s/0thufCQN3h

I have moderate sleep apnea(AHI 16.9,RDI 20) but my symptoms are severe.

I changed the mask on 30 january(airfit p30i)because my previous mask was leaking(airfit n20) and I’m currently using airsense 10 autoset on apap mode and I’m trying different settings everyday to see which fits me the best.

Sleep doc said that the therapy is going well because my AHI is <5 and because I managed to consistently sleep with the mask since the first day of therapy, but paradoxically MY SYMTPOMS are worse now and I feel more tired and sleepy.

The only positive change I noticed is that I sleep a lot less now(usually about 7 or 8 hours).

How many times do you think you are waking up during the night?

Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?

When you have a really brief session and then a long non use of the machine session (like on the report your shared) it scrunches up the long session really badly.
You can omit that short session ....just look over on the left side stats and scroll down to the bottom where the sessions are listed and remove the check mark for the short session so that it will be omitted from the graphs. This will make for much better viewing of the longer session.

If you are shrinking stuff....don't. I can't read any of the numbers on the stats. And enlarging doesn't help.

Changing things nightly is a recipe for disaster because you aren't giving your body a chance to adjust to the settings.
Unless results are horrible we suggest sticking with a setting for at least a week and make ONLY ONE change at a time.

If you want to make a change -- and stick with it for a week! -- I would suggest a minimum pressure of 9 and EPR of 3. (That will give you a minimum of 6 when you exhale, which is what you have now.) It would be good to see whether the EPR helps with the flow limitations and the snores. No guarantees that your symptoms would improve if the FLs and snores improved, but it's maybe worth a shot.

Is 3:30 a.m. your usual bedtime? Was the short session a nap?
