Hi Everyone,
I have just been diagnosed with severe sleep apnoea and have had to stop driving.
Is it legal to ride an electric bicycle?
If so does anyone have any links to prove this as my employer will provide me an electric bicycle for free if i can prove i will be legal.
Apologies if this is on the wrong thread, i have searched but been unable to find a thread for this topic.
If so could some one please post a link to a relevant thread?
If it is legal to drive an electric bicycle, could anyone provide a link to a site that verifies this?
Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Hi Iain, welcome to the forum. You haven't said where you live, so we have no way of knowing whether it's legal or not in your locality. Perhaps the first port of call should be your department of transport or licensing authority?Iain McLorie wrote: ↑Wed Feb 15, 2023 8:51 amHi Everyone,

FWIW folks I tried to edit the very first post in this thread to warn people about the broken links but it wouldn't let me edit that post. Something about how that post was set up I guess. Wouldn't let me submit my comments to that first post.
At any rate if someone reads a post from 2008 and can't figure out that sometimes stuff gets broken that's on them for not being very flexible and since no one here is paid to keep things up to date....it is what it is folks.

Re: Where A CPAP Newbie Should Start
Hi there .
New to the site and I can see from the start that admins/ members are amazingly trying to help each others out not seeking any gain but to share their experiences, thoughts , stories so everyone would ve a chance of getting as close as it can be to a healthy stauts and controlling their sleep apnea .
Beside positive thoughts and hopes I believe that new CPAP users would gain on hearing others journey and how CPAP effected their life's in a positive ways including myself .
I made a topic named " from best to the worst " sharing my story and be happy to add more as much as I can when ever I can .
Not a specialist that's for sure as I myself seeking opnion from experts regarding my last sleep study , but for someone whom holds a degree and practice general dentistry I know a bit about how health issues can ve devastating effects on our life's physically and mentally and I ve experienced lot and still experiencing some which I believe gotta do with the need to adjust my machine or switch to another type , as for me , starting use CPAP machine almost 3 years ago , made wonders in my life on all aspects and was the answear to symptoms and signs I started to ve in recent years.
