hard to breathe through nose

Post by souldin1 » Sat May 05, 2018 9:07 am

So i am new to this, i have been doing this for 2 nights and when i put the mask on it is hard to breathe through my nose. I can do it but it feel likes it is stuffy but its not, or like a large amount of pressure is making it difficult to inhale and exhale. Any ideas on this? I am using airsense 10 autoset with full mask DR set it to 7-20CM - 30y male. Also some times feel like im not getting enough air and ill start to panic.

Thanks

Without seeing any of your data, I would say increase your minimum pressure to 8..and then maybe to 9. Sounds like you are not getting enough air....Also...are you using your ramp? If you are,..turn it off.

Ramp is off
Climate is auto

Mask is full maks

How do i change it to a 8 or 9?

Congestion is like that. when you lay down, gravity is no longer pulling fluid from you head down to your feet.

Look into decongestants, or see an ENT about what might work for opening up your nose.
