Resperonics Dreamwear Gel Pillow users

So, I have been using the nuance pro gel....And while it works pretty well, I still find its a bit easy to get leaks......I have, but have not used yet, the dreamwear gel pillow....I like the way it fits, the hose up top is great idea, I find that leaks could easily be reduced....My reservations are, the fact that airs shoots down the sides of the headgear, and if your laying on one side, then air is forced more so on one side....also the nasal cavity is large than the nuance....so I wonder if I will need an increase in air pressure to get proper treatment....I know it sounds silly, but on the nuance, its pretty much a straight shot of air to the mask, and the nasal cavity of the nuance is smaller, so you get a greater shot of air, if this kind of makes sense.....

So i'm just curious for current users of the gel pillow, what has been your experience....

No...you don't need to increase the pressure to try to compensate for what you think might cause it to need more pressure.
Your logic is a bit faulty.

Use your regular pressure...same as with the Nuance and it will be fine.
I have experience with both the Nuance and the DreamWear pillows. It's been a while for the Nuance because I didn't really care for the headgear but the pillows were nice.
