Rested Usleep

Post by nolongersleepless » Thu Apr 19, 2018 12:49 pm

Any one else have trouble with USleep on-line system. I got a request to reset my password but the new password didn't work, old password didn't work. Sent a request to reset again, never heard back. Put in a customer service ticket, didn't hear back. Sent an e-mail, didn't hear back. Called customer service line and was told that they didn't receive my ticket request or e-mail but that they cannot help me, because passwords can only be reset on-line. Try everything again, same thing.

ResMed's USleep is for monitoring COMPLIANCE,
and is intended for use by providers. (Is that you?)
I guess ReScan is too technical for some . . .
For some real fun, download Sleepyhead--
--see how wonderful REAL data is.

I use my resmed u-sleep as well, because it gives more detail then the patient page. They invited me as the patient... I have had to reset my password before and it worked, I'm not sure I can help you do yours though. I have no idea why it's not working.
Instead of Sleep apnea it should be called "Sleep deprivation, starving of oxygen, being poisoned by high CO2 levels, damaging the body and brain while it's supposed to be healing so that you constantly get worse and can never get healthy Apnea"
