You aren't getting enough hours of sleep for one thing and your sleep that you do get is fragmented for whatever reason.
Your AHI for when you do use the machine..quite decent...and leaks are minimal.
Your pressure is varying quite a bit...lots of big changes and that in itself might be affecting sleep quality.
If you are having mask fit or comfort issues...that can affect sleep quality.
Anything that affects overall hours of use and sleep quality can make you feel like crap.
Your Flow limitation graph...a bit active but not horribly ugly but I wouldn't be happy with it if it was mine.
Without knowing more of your specific issues...and based on the FL graph...and what the machine is doing in terms of pressure changing..
Only thing I can think of is increasing the minimum pressure...to maybe 7 and see if the FLs reduce and the big pressure changes reduce and see if sleep quality improves.
I would NOT start messing with Auto Ramp unless you just can't stand starting at 7 comfortably.
It's not 100% what it's cracked up to be.
I prefer to review reports the way I outlined in this thread. Your choice.

Makes my job easier.
EPR...that's your choice but as you increase EPR you will most likely need to increase the minimum pressure.
I don't advise making more than 1 change in anything at a time because if you make multiple changes you won't know which change might have helped or not.
Remember Science 101....keep experiment variables to a minimum so you can best evaluate the results.
I would start with just changing that minimum to 7 if it were me. See what happens and then evaluate other potential changes.
Take a hard look at what is causing the wake ups and low sleep hours in general...it might be something unrelated to the machine settings. Not everything can be fixed by tweaking the settings.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
