PR 560 Replace blower and seals

Post by jim22 » Wed Apr 11, 2018 9:08 pm

Can anyone tell me where i can order parts for a Phillips Respironics System One 560 Auto. Mine is four years old and has gotten noisey. I am competent to swap out the blower. I presume there are some seals that should be replaced between blower and humidifier as well. Will i need to do any kind of calibration after the repair?
Thanks,
Jim

You *might* be able to get parts from acbio.com... they do service the units.

Before you do that though, see if it's noisy with just the blower...(detach the humidifier)... if it's quiet, you might have lost one, or more of the seals in the humidifier... I think that cpap.com (and other retailers) sell a humidifier seal kit.

If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

Get the Clinicians manual here : http://apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-press ... tup-manual

If you're going to do this, remember that you aren't married to this machine. You can buy a different machine. Remember to make sure it's an automatic like your current one.
