The Respironics flag says nothing about the magnitude of the flow limitation, it can be big or small, I will not know it.

I'm with you, I'd rather see the snore graph, and the FL graph, so I can see whether it's 'just barely enough for a flag' or 'holy crap that's a bad section'...

One of the (many) reasons I prefer the resmed way of doing things, and the more detailed data that it gives.
