Hey!Palerider DO not post to me again
Er, no. Though you're always welcome to ignore my posts, and any wisdom from eight years of successful cpap therapy I've enjoyed.

,seems like your cpap or whatever you are on isn't working, since it seems like your a very ill mean person
My AHI is typically under 0.5. My bilevel cpap works great. You posted an unpunctuated, random, disorganized stream of consciousness that made no sense whatsoever. Pointing that out isn't 'mean'.

i wasn't rambling on,I'm simply posting how I'm feeling, and the fact cpap wasn't working for me jerk
'for me jerk' what?

Yes, what you posted was the very definition of rambling.

It's obvious that cpap isn't working for you, which was all I actually said.

Perhaps if you can put your nasty attitude aside, and present a little data, then people here could help you.

PS: even your subject line is disconnected.. "Here we Again" ..... here we what again?

It would be better if you ignore some people, and take the actions you need to improve your health. Use the FOE feature.
Solely relying on your doctor and respiratory therapists is not the best approach. Work on reading your data using sleepyhead and then post the results. The more knowledgeable you become, the better your treatment will be.

Do post again, but *TAKE YOUR TIME* and try to communicate effectively... and instead of getting *nasty*, consider the very point,

*your therapy is not effective*.

Find a friend with a computer you can use, load your data on there, and see where the problem is.

Use apneaboard and freecpapadvice forums or take the advice given here even though a few may have terrible bedside manners. Not to infer any degree in Medical field.
