Instead of building more Jails, we should be emptying them, not by releasing prisoners back on us, to do the same things over and over, or worse. If you can't live in society, second offense should be removal from life, in crimes against others, including extortion and fraud. Three strikes is one too many, for some crimes two is one too many. When there is an open and shut case like this 19 year old in the school where all the kids know who did it, there don't need to be a trial. Out behind the jail, a kill shot in the back of the neck would be fast and humane. The way it is the state of florida may be feeding this guy for 80 years, why?

No way should it be painless, killed 18, 17 shots placed right then the 18th the kill shot. That's why the Old M-14 I used in the Army used a 20 round mag, and I carried 6 of them. Jim

It wasn't painless for the 17! Not in back of the jail In Public, let the News Cameras play real news for a change, kill innocents, pay the price.... Want to up the body count, we'll add yours, and we won't be housing you or feeding you.

Thanks to everyone who replied to my pain. I must let you know I am a bleeding heart liberal and a sap and proud of both titles. However I am proud to be in a forum where people can talk about gun control without insulting or name calling those that disagree with them.
