Hello everyone.
F&P Brevida has been my longest used mask so far (therapy started end of December 2017).
I like this pillow and it works.... for most times.
There is one thing I would like to improve, if that’s even possible.
I’m tryin avoid overthightning the headgear with this pillow. I have it now at comfortable position BUT I’m running in one small problem: I’m rather baldish guy with very fine and few hair left on my head. I’m finding myself adjusting the headgear, because it tends to slide on back and top of my head.
Is there anything else, besides Velcro, I could attach to the headgear to make it more “stay in place” thing?
Some type of material that would put more sticky surface between my head and headgear?
Thanks everyone.

I use a welders cap. It works great, keeps the straps in place, but I have long thick curly hair. It might be worth a try.

I have the same issue. Go to Walmart and buy a $3.99 plain white ball cap, with the velcro back (so it doesn't hurt you like snaps could) to tighten it. Cut OFF the brim of the hat with a good scissors, fit it to your head, and adjust the back strap.
Now when you put the straps of the mask on your head, the hat will cause enough friction to hold everything perfectly. I use the same thing, except I also added velcro to the hat, and use a Respironics soft cloth cupped chin strap to keep my chin up, mouth tight, and lips closed (it covers the lips like an Ultimate Chin Strap, but doesn't cost $60).

a welders cap is less then 14.00, you can wear it backwards if you want, and you don't need the velcro. Check Amazon and you can see a what they look like. If i don't wear it backwards i just fold the bill up and it is not in the way.
Re: Using F&P Brevida BUT looking for small improvement with it
I am totally bald, consequently, like you I have sought the best way to arrange mask straps. At the base of the skull in the back there is a natural crease that can be used to capture the lower section of the strap. When the head tips back the crease is enhanced and comfortably holds the strap while the upper strap is spread out to form a "hammock" for the curve of the back of the skull. I also use a sleep mask as the final layer - it helps keep every thing in place.

Try wrapping the straps in some type of 'tacky' non-slip material,....possibly a rubbery tape?
