ResMed myAir app

Post by Westfalia » Wed Feb 14, 2018 7:27 am

Hi - So I have been using the myAir app with my ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset. Is the myAir Score something that accurately depicts the quality of your sleep / the number of apneas you are experiencing? Is it worth paying attention to / keeping track of?

Thanks

You can get all of the MyAir info from your machine display. Do you know how to get the reports on the machine display? It's very easy. I check mine every morning just before putting the machine away. It takes five seconds.

If you really want useful information, use the free Sleepyhead software.

I guess it depends how much information you want to know. If you just want to know if you're hitting your marks and how things are generally going, myAir is fine. 22 days in on my new machine and i've hit 100 every day except one that was 98 because of a leak. So i know i'm hitting my marks. if i want to fine tune things i can go to sleepyhead.
