We tend to assume USA, but as we know, there are many Canadians.
It is sad when people do not choose to share their location;
but that is their free choice.
Many do not fill in their equipment, either--same situation.
As we become aware that apnea is not exclusively a first world problem,
perhaps we will become more sensitive.
Yes, I believe that such a common disease with dozens of complications and risks envolved should not be neglected as it seems to be. Right now I was searching on the internet to find the word "neglected" (in portuguese) because my memory and concentration skills are - like my mood - terrible. This is, of course, affecting my academic development and my social relationships. And that's just the top of the iceberg. There are some people risking their lives, having strokes, heart diseases and things like that and they might not even know and/or care enough to get adequate treatment.

Maybe there is an import business in your future. Develop a decent reputation. Not sure about starting a sleep lab, the future in testing might be in home testing when the technology is better and/ or less expensive.

Thanks for this poll.
I'm here in sunny Southern California, USA.
It's 83 F 28.3 C outdoors right now!

What's not to like?
24 degrees F here; a few degrees lower, and we can bundle up
to go play mad scientist outside.
---soap bubbles act so WEIRD
---throwing hot water up in the air to make an instant cloud . . .
I can hardly wait!
The cat wants out--until she gets out--
Then she wants back in! No more than 6 steps outside. Poor thing.

Someone said the exact same thing on my inbox hahahahah
Well, actually, the prices are good, here. The same thing I would pay on the US. Maybe the masks or accessories are a little bit overpriced, but nothing absurd.
There's no lack of market here, there's lack of information. People diagnosed with severe OSA are unlikely to find deep and specific information about the disease or the CPAP treatment. And while I can accept a more expensive market, I can't stand imagining a misguided patient.

Earth.

I should be able to be more specific once MyHeritage sends me their DNA-based estimates.

Update: MyHeritage.com reports an estimate that my DNA appears to be from England/France/Germany, which gives some confirmation to the boring Ulster-Scots, white-bread origin I had previously traced. (I want my money back!) My personal ancestry search indicates that my earliest ancestor in the (pre-) United States landed in Philly in the mid-1700s then moved eastward into southern NJ soon after his indentured servitude was over. One of his descendants then later moved westward with a big group of church people into what is now northern West Virginia, where many of my relatives live to this day. I was born in Kentucky and now live in NY state. I hope that isn't enough information for my identity to be stolen, if anyone is crazy enough to want it.

Mine got washed off, by the diesel fuel and hydraulic oil leaking from the equipment I was working on. I have it in my arms under the skin where it has been tattooed into them by faulty hydraulic hoses, the woven stainless steel acts like a tattoo machine. Jim Looks like pimples except black...
