When I check SleepHead each morning my snoring score is at 0.0 99% of the time. I notice though that about three or four times a night it spikes very quickly to 0.2-0.4. If I have any alcohol around bed, it will have half a dozen jumps up to the 0.6-0.8 range. My question is what does this translate to in actual sound? Is a 0.4 reading very audible if someone were in the room? I ask because in the past I was always told I snored really, really bad and I am curious if CPAP fixed that.
So, can anyone explain the snore readings in SleepHead a bit?

The scores are the data your xpap provides. Move the bottle into the other room, maybe it whispering, "Drink Me", and it's being picked us as a snore by the xpap. Jim
