L-Tryptophan for RBD

Post by ebjazz » Mon Jan 15, 2018 8:03 pm

Hi; I have apnea and RBD. I use a CPAP but don't sleep well.
Last night I took L-Tryptophan and melatonin and really slept well.
Is there any danger of taking this every night? What about tolerance?

Thanks!!~

That would be a fine question to ask a Doctor. Jim
