Sleepyhead now only showing summary data

Hi all,

I have an Airsense 10 Autoset and I've been using it for a few weeks. Usually I can import full data with waveforms. However, a few nights ago sleepyhead stopped showing me full data. I've been locking the SD before putting it in my computer, but nonetheless I've ruled out an SD card issue by buying a new one yesterday. This leaves me with a problem with the APAP or a problem with the computer. Nothing changed on that day except installing f.lux.

This morning I reset my APAP to factory defaults and erased all data. After I see if that works tonight, I'm going to try using someone else's computer.

In the meantime, has anyone experienced an issue like this, where everything is going dandy with the data, and then suddenly isn't?

Locking your SD card is not necessary...There was a problem with some S9 machines a few years ago. If you did not have your card in the machine overnight, you will only get summary data.

Or if you take it out of the machine too fast before the machine has written the data to the card

These machines only retain or store summary numbers in the internal memory so it doesn't surprise me that when you put the new SD card in the machine that you only got summary numbers.
SleepyHead can only report whatever the machine puts on the SD card.
You should have waited and used the machine for one night and then looked to see if the detailed data was present.

Now if you already did this but just failed to mention it then maybe SleepyHead is broken..it happens...it's Beta software.
Which version are you using? What operating system is on your computer?

Finally I have heard of machines that simply quit putting any data onto the SD card...haven't heard of them putting only the summary data onto the card as long as the card is in the machine properly all night. Wouldn't be impossible I suppose but it certainly isn't a common problem.

Have you verified with ResScan that the data is absent? It's what we normally do when there is a question about SleepyHead. Verify with another software product first.

I always leave the card in overnight and then import the data later the next day. I don't have access to Resscan unfortunately, but I agree that would be a good way to test Sleepyhead for problems.

I have windows 8.1, and I'm using the beta 2.2 I think... I just downloaded it from Jedimark a few weeks ago so it should be the most recent.

I suppose I'll keep troubleshooting patiently since this doesn't seem to be a common problem and I'm not doing any of the usual no-nos. It's weird because it started happening out of the blue, with nothing (seemingly) having changed except that f.lux download.

Some things to try.

1...a new user profile
2...new card
3...which is what I would do ...get ResScan...send me a PM if you want it.
I would want to try to figure out first is it SH or is it the machine/card thing and decide what to do.

Okay so I installed sleepyhead on my SOs Mac and I can see detailed data there. That means that it's either SH windows version or just my computer. I can figure it out from here I think by working backwards. Thanks everyone.
