SD card for ResMed 10

Does older data get written over or does the card eventually fill up?

If the card were to fill up the older data would be written over but these cards will hold years of normal data.
Now the AirSense machine...what it says is that it will keep a years worth or data before it starts overwriting stuff or when the card's capacity is met.
It won't overwrite anything for at least a year and maybe longer.

Now if you had a S9 model ResMed machine we would be having a different discussion...it overwrites some stuff after just 7 days.
One of the negative IMHO to the S9 models.

put your card in the computer and click properties to see how much is on it. you'll be surprised how little it is.

Does the machine still make the daily call if a sd card is inserted?
Thanks

Yes.

SD card in or out has nothing to do with the cellular data transmission. 2 different things and not dependent on each other at all.
