I take 1 mgm of melatonin before bedtime. If I take the standard dose,3 mgm, I wake up feeling loopy for several hrs. I can't say it helps me fall asleep as insomnia is seldom a problem, but what it does do is help me stay asleep the entire night.

Went to bed 1030, up at 150 wide awake dammit... Well I dropped by here for a visit and I'm pleased I'm seeing there's no arguing going on.
