What machine are you using, what pressure settings and are you using the ramp?

Do you have trouble inhaling or exhaling against pressure (there are exhale pressure relief features on most machines)?

Are you new at Cpap or ??

We might be able to help you, but as Julie points out, only with more information. We need to know:
What machine (make and model) are you using?
What are the pressure settings?
Are you using the ramp feature?
What mask are you using?

If you don't know how to answer these questions, tell us that. Start by reading the brand names on your machine and mask. Once we know that, we can tell you where to look for the other information. But without that information, we are flying blind and can't really help you.
