I've been on CPAP for about 15 years. Several years ago we went to Tahiti for nearly 3 weeks and the machine worked every night. Last January We were in Patagonia, even staying in an Eco camp where the power was derived from small water turbines on site, and used the machine every night. Planning a trip to Norway this summer and will carry it on the plane with me. The one thing you may want is several of the adapter plugs for convenience and an extension cord because often the outlet you will be using isn't convenient to the bed. Edit to add: Mine is the S9 with humidifier too.
