CPAP Basics - 1 - Free Resouces

Why even spend 4.95 on a book when one of the best resources out there is free?

Thanks for the information halifmike. I tried searching the site to see if I could find the link for the first site but was unsuccessful. Too bad because I remember it was a good document.

I have a pdf saved to my computer. Because this maybe copyrighted material I don't want to post it on line. But I would be happy to email it to anyone who sends me a pm with their email address. Please do NOT post your email address publicly to the forum.

The first link may have changed to this:

https://www.ab.lung.ca/sitewyze/files/S ... k_2012.pdf

In any event it seems to be on topic.

It certainly looks just like the pdf that I have on my computer. Thanks for finding this link JDS74.

You will find a lot of broken links in the CPAP Basics thread. Websites move their content and not much we can do about it and too much trouble to keep editing things to keep things current.

Josiah, had you looked down a couple of posts (see below), I think you would have found the link had been changed to:
https://www.ab.lung.ca/sitewyze/files/S ... k_2012.pdf

You might find this from the Mayo clinic interesting and helpful as well:
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-con ... T-20044164?

Along the lines of the free (or darn close to free) resources, if you really need help getting set up these folks can help. And you can send them an old machine or two if it's one that they can accept and you don't need it:

It's not too much trouble, but it appears mollete's account was deactivated because she participated in the movement to ban xxyzx and increase moderation in the forum.

With the way things turned out, I think she's REALLY salty about that right about now.

I didn't know that she was deactivated or why. I am not privy to that side of things.
And I do understand her feeling a bit salty about that and probably not feeling too much like fixing the links even if she could.

I only meant that sometimes it's just a lot of work to fix broken links even if we can. I know I have a ton of broken links in the SleepyHead tutorial but I just don't feel like doing the work to go through and fix them.
Until the recent change in the forum atmosphere I was also feeling a bit "salty" about doing all that work because I didn't know if I was even going to stay here and I sure as hell wasn't going to do the work and leave.
So while I can fix the broken links I am not in any rush to go fixing them because I don't like the extra work involved which is mainly moving a truck load of images from Photobucket to imgur. I am a lazy sot and simply not in the mood to do the extra work.

I copied my stuff from Extortionbucket onto my tablet, but have gone no further . . .
Maybe some day.
