Add Sleep Charts to Post

How do I add a copy of my charts to a post?

You can't copy/paste images and you can't link to anything on your computer.
You have to put an image on an image hosting website and add the link to the image to your post.

Please note that the SleepyHead instructions say to go to Full Screen toggle before doing screen shots...DON'T do it.
There's a bug in SH and with some computers you can't easily get out of Full Screeen and it's not needed that you use SH full screen toggle.
Just use the screen adjustment in upper right corner by the X for closing out the program.
