Periodic breathing

Post by brotherjump » Sun Nov 19, 2017 9:10 am

I just started on my dreamstation about two weeks ago. All of my numbers look pretty good except for periodic breathing. It averages between 7 and 11%. Last night I slept great, 100% mask fit, 7 hrs of sleep, low AHI, but periodic breathing was 17%! Should I be worried? A recent ekg showed no signs of trouble.

Zoom in on the PB flagged flow rate.
Does it look like this?

My machine doesn't have any graphics like this, or at least I haven't been able to find it.

You have to use the available software to get these graphs.

Or if it bugs you too much check with your doctor to see if he is concerned about the PB.

Thanks, I will do both. I have to say, from day one of using the machine, I feel like a million bucks; I had no idea how crappy I felt before!
