IF that was a rare awakening, and IF I was feeling any benefit from treatment (after 3 months), it would be easy enough to dust myself off and get right back to it. I understand exactly what you mean, and I am usually the fighter, but I feel like I have been for 3 months and still am fighting for no benefit.HoseCrusher wrote:Picture yourself as a ballroom dancer. You just tangled yourself up with your partner (the hose) and you both fell down on your ass. Get up, dive back in, and see if you can put on a much better show the next time you dance (tonight).
How long can the average person fight - with no gain - before they tire of fighting? Now add pathetic sleep and no energy to that average person.
I will stick with it until the end of the month - after my 3rd sleep study. If they see I am awakening because of the mask but with "treated" breathing problems, I'm done. If I have not adjusted AT ALL to a FFM with a front mount hose by then, it's not going to happen.
If they find I'm now awakening from something else that's treatable, I will get it treated and then MAYBE see some benefit.
