Sleep Study in Atlanta

Post by Traci Eliot » Tue Oct 17, 2017 9:27 am

How are you sleeping?

Do you have sleep apnea?
Do you use a CPAP machine?
Are you interested in understanding more about your sleep and your sleep apnea therapy?

Human Spark is looking for participants in a design research study being conducted for a well-known healthcare company. The study focuses on what information people with sleep apnea would like to know about their sleep, health, and CPAP therapy. This is design research and not medical research so you will not be tested or judged on your condition in any way. This is a truly unique opportunity to give your input on the future of the design of CPAP machines.

Participants will be compensated for their time.

If you are interested in participating, please respond to this post. As soon as I'm approved from an administrator I can post my contact information and a link to a short screener.

49er-

Yes, you have to live in Atlanta or the surrounding area to participate in the study because we will be conducting two focus groups at our office location.

xxyzx-

This is not spam. We are not selling anything. In fact, we will compensate those who qualify for participating in the study. We are a design and research firm in Marietta, GA, who have been hired by a well known health care company to conduct research on compliant CPAP users that closely resemble who the potential market could be for CPAP and sleep therapy data engagement. We specifically are interested in how people engage with information as it relates to their sleep, health, and sleep apnea therapy. We are trying to answer the question, “how am I sleeping?” This is design research and not medical research so you will not be tested or judged on your condition in any way. We are interested in your honest opinions and experiences. I would post links here to our company but it won't let me yet since my membership is pending approval and it looks like they are backlogged. Please look up Human Spark in Marietta for more information about the company in general.

Just an addendum to what I just posted-
I'm the Design Research Recruiter for Human Spark and I'm having a difficult time finding people who qualify. Participants in other studies we've conducted in the past have expressed how interesting and fun they are. We do qualitative research for our clients. Because different people see the world differently, understand it differently, live in it differently, feel differently, behave differently, and have different needs. Chances are you see things a little differently from many of the companies you do business with. But these differences are hard to detect unless you look for them. Human Spark's research team is dedicated to finding these differences, and for highlighting opportunities for creating understanding between organizations and those they serve. Shared understanding is the basis of great products and great brands. This is what we do specifically if that helps.

Ethnographic research
User/customer segmentation and personas
Experience analysis and modeling
Co-design
Design and concept testing

Thanks for any help anyone can give!
