Nasal congestion

I am having heavy nasal discharge in the mornings Also throat flem. How do I get this under control?

Turn down (or off) the humidifier if your local climate is already humid enough to not need the machine's hum. It's a convenience/comfort feature, not 'therapy' itself. You may want it e.g. in winter if central heating dries your home, or at another time of course. I never need mine because I'm near the ocean.

Is it clear, yellow, green or bloody? Is it fluid or thick?
