I'd like to give a thumbs up to hose covers zippered or not. I wouldn't want to use my cpap with out one. Makes the hose so much softer and less medical, helps insulate the hose - heated or not - to help keep rain out at bay.

I made one out of a very long chunk of fleece. Was about twice as long as my hose. I sewed long velcro strips into the ends before I turned the final product inside out. I take a sandwich bag and cut off a corner. Stuff the end of my hose into that and it threads through the hose cover easy peasy. I got to pick out the fabric and it looks realy nice.

Will point out... you HAVE TO put something soft and plastic - like a sandwich bag or even a little chunk of plastic shopping bag over the end of the hose when you go to thread it through the hose cover or you'll lose your mind with how much a pain it is to put on.

If you can't find one - my advice is to go ahead and make your own. It was my first real sewing project with a sewing machine. Just get some quilting pins and make sure you pin the edges of the fabric together and pull the pins as you sew. It's not that hard to do and you'll be proud of your self for making something on your own. Plus you can pic out what fabric you want, make more of them if you want to match your bedding if your into that sorta thing.

Wish you the best of luck in your search.
