Thinking of new machine

You can see what I've been using for the last 7 years (off and on). I'm thinking of going to an Auto-PAP. Any recommendations? Thanks.

If you're paying out of pocket, look for a new or gently used S9 Autoset. It's a generation old, but has basically the same features as the newer ResMed Airsense 10. It's a great machine (IMO). SecondWindCpap has new and used. Pretty good deals can be found from time to time on this forum and Craigslist.
If insurance is paying, go for the ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset, ResMed's newest auto. See resmed(dot)com

If you're happy with what you've got and how it works, then I suggest either a newer system one 60 series auto, or a dreamstation auto
