It's AHI not API.

Tape the mask straps to your cheeks so that if you try to take it off in your sleep that the discomfort should cause you to wake up and stop the unwanted behavior.

Wait until the head cold has passed and you are feeling better before worrying to much about these results.
Nothing is accurate when we are ill.
