You might also consider a full face mask. I use a full face mask, and I do not breathe through my nose while sleeping. If I want to, I can, but I don't like the sensation of the airflow from the machine through my nose. I sleep with my mouth open and no air going through my nose. That might help you get treatment (and use the humdifier, without worrying that your nose can't handle the air.

The Oracle mask is also very good. I use it sometimes. No air comes out of my nose at all. I don't even need the plugs. It would be my every day mask, but it has my open my jaw a bit more than I prefer. I am used to my mouth barely being open.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?
