Consider using some sort of hose management system so that you don't have the hose pulling on things when you turn over???
Lots of people like using one.

Look at the link I posted. Start reading. Lots of examples of various hose management systems including pictures ....and you can even buy a store bought system...keeps the hose up off the mattress.

I saw in another thread you said you were using the Brevida. I have tried it and it was a bit unstable for me due to the back strap being a bit too long and no way to shorten it without surgery on the strap.
No amount of adjustment on the side thingies helped. You might consider looking at the back strap.

TY for the info on the so called hose system. Brevida comes in M-L and XS-S. I am using the later and find it adjusts fine. Does not help when turning over. Think this is a problem for a lot of people. TY again

The Brevida probably isn't the most stable nasal pillow mask out there.
It's easily dislodged. It's so lightweight that the least little movement pulls it off the nose as you have found out.
That's why I suggest hose management...reduces the chance of movement causing the weight of the moving hose to pull the mask away from the nose.

Give it a shot...a DIY management can be fixed up for little cost. Lots of people swear by it.
