im having trouble viewing most of the data. i cant seem to be able to bring up snore index it seems like its gone. also for some reason its showing my data in double like in the pic. THis is on a windows 10 enterprise o/s

One window is the navigation window and one is the detailed and they show the same because you have the same items selected.

Click on the little tiny graph thingies just to the right of the serial number tab and change what is shown on the windows.

When you do your download are you telling it to get "all available data"?
Or are you getting just the default summary data?
The default is for summary data.
You may have changed it in the past but sometimes ResScan reverts back to summary even after we have made the change to "all available data" and made that the default action.
Go back and download again but this time at the download prompt pay special attention to what is getting download and make sure it shows "all available data".
