Your AHI is too high, but without knowing which model of what machine you have and which mask, or anything else at all about things, it's a little hard to comment. Do you take meds? Drink alcohol before bed? Have you downloaded Sleepyhead (free) to see what might be going on - if there are leaks, pressure that needs tweaking, etc. etc. You sound like you've had a machine prior to this one, but for how long, at what settings, and how did your numbers look?

I'm using the Phillips DreamStation IP22, with Nuance Pro Gel Pillow mask.

IP22 tells us nothing useful.
What is the model number? Should start with DSXwith 3 digits and then 3 letters. It's the 3 digits that is important to tell us which model it is.

The DSX500xxx is the DreamStation Auto CPAP.
It's a full data machine.
Get SleepyHead and see what that AHI is made up of.
https://sleep.tnet.com/equipment

The AHI is a bit too high but let's see what it is composed of before worrying about what to do.

Once you have SleepyHead up and running look to see what the AHI is composed of.

You won't be able to insert links until you are logged in to your member account.
https://sleep.tnet.com/reference/tips/imgur
But here are examples of what we like to see.
viewtopic/t103468/Need-help-with-screen-shots.html

If your member account hasn't been activated yet so that you can insert links just tell us the breakdown of that AHI
It's easily seen on the detailed report.
AHI of so and so
made up of
ClearAirway/Central Index so and so
Hyponea Index so and so
Obstructive Apnea Index so and so.

Also look at the Events graph...there's a couple of items that might show up that aren't included in the AHI...
like flow limitations and RERAs. there's an index for those also.
Index is just an hourly average.

My doc has the "official" software.
I don't think he got it until after I showed him my Sleepyhead results.
Geeks are so cute.

Just FYI, IP22 is an international rating for Intrusion Protection, how resistant the device is to water and solids Intrusion, you'll see that rating on lots of things, watches, phones, flashlights, etc.
