But, AFAIK, no HCPCS number.
How would insurance/Medicare cover it?

This is the optional side plate cover for the ResMed AirSense 10 "For Her" AUTOSET CPAP machine. This gray colored side plate can be used when you do not want to use the heated humidifier chamber. Simply remove the water chamber and insert the side plate cover. Using the side plate cover will also reduce the length of the cpap from 10.04" to 8"

There is a simple solution that eliminates buying anything for the AirSense 10 or fiddling the insurance billing system - just leave the humidifier in place with no water and don't turn it on in setup. The only downside is the total unit doesn't get any smaller.

I got it from our host for somewhere around 15 bucks. I got tired of messin' with the humidifier.
