Hang in there, Barb. I'm not a computer guru, so can't help you further on this. (My computer goes directly to the sleep.tnet.com page, so I can confirm it is working.)
If you edit your topic title to include "Sleepyhead", Pugsy or another of the knowledgeable members may come by to sort you out.

In the meantime, check with your doctor if your concerns about centrals are stressing you out.

Shutting, with careful fingers and benign,
Our gloom-pleas'd eyes, embower'd from the light,
Enshaded in forgetfulness divine

My wife had a lot of centrals when she first started, but they decreased over time. We had to start her off at a much lower pressure than her target pressure due to the number of centrals she had at the higher pressure. The last time we saw the doctor, they increased her pressure from 14 to 20. Needless to say, she had a hard time with that much of a jump. We are increasing the pressure gradually. I bring it up one cm about once a week. Every time we bring her pressure up, the centrals go up for a few nights, then start coming down to a reasonable number (1 - 3 per hour). With the number of centrals you are having, I don't think they will come down.

Congrats on being able to share your data. As others have said, you have a bad central apnea problem. Your obstructive numbers look good. The important question is what did you original sleep study show. The treatment for obstructive apnea is pressure, but that can cause an increase in centrals.
If you need CPAP to solve your obstructive problem, then you also need a better machine to deal with your centrals.

I would suggest lowering your pressure.

My centrals went up on a dreamstation whereas I have virtually none on resmed airsense.

I think it has to do with some settings. But for now ill enjoy the resmed and maybe revisit dreamstation later. But i do think you can lower pressure and see what happens.

Also lots of people say to give it time. That doesnt work for me. Make changes quickly. In a sleep study they make changes every 5-15 minutes. We unfortunately can only do it once a day

it's completely irresponsible to suggest pressure changes without having seen any detail data. the summary page is useless for diagnostics.

OP has all centrals and per original post upped the pressure. Thst makes no sense to do to correct centrals... you agree? Should lower pressure ASAP.

I suggest getting reasonable data and examining it before making uninformed suggestions.

The centrals may all be transitory and lowering the pressure won't help, but very well may exacerbate obstructives.

Don't GUESS!
